Welcome Southside Alumni to the Reunion Weekend for the Class of 1991!

Following are details for all events. 

Paid Ticket Lists will be at every event, so please be sure and "check-in" when you arrive.  If you would like to attend an event you haven't paid for, please bring cash for the ticket price so we can pay our vendors immediately.

FYI - We will be asking all Classmates to pose for group photos at each event.  We appreciate your cooperation!

7:00 PM - LATE on FRIDAY, AUG. 5TH - CASUAL FUN AT THE RIB ROOM

• 817 Garrison Avenue, Downtown Fort Smith, free parking behind The Rib Room and side streets.
• Arm bands will be given out at the door.
• Casual dress.
• Your paid ticket gets you in the door for the whole evening, you pay for your own refreshments etc.
• Not child appropriate.
• We have a reserved area, but Rib Room is open to public for the evening as well.
• We anticipate 7pm - 9pm will be prime time for catching up!

9:30AM - 10:30AM on SATURDAY, AUG. 6TH - SHS TOUR WITH MR. HAVER, PLUS DONUTS!

• Meet in the Cafeteria at Southside.
• *** PLEASE use the "back" Cafeteria Entrance...NOT front entrance, they are waxing the front hallway floor.
• Donuts, juices, and coffee to be served.
• Welcome from Mr. Haver + Tour...hoping for drop-ins from some teachers and coaches.
• Casual dress.  Kid appropriate!

• Located at 1007 Fayetteville Road, Van Buren
• Map to be given out at Rib Room & SHS Tour and available on Facebook Group Page
• PRIVATE party - so it will just be us!
• VERY kid appropriate. BRING SOCKS! Skating, indoor super-maze, and more!
• Geno's Pizza and Drinks provided.
• The Family Picnic Ticket you bought is all you need for the adults and your children get in free with your paid adult ticket.
• Prepaid Ticket List will be at the door. 
• No ticket but want to attend? Show up with $15 in CASH for each adult, but PLEASE email us in advance so we can order more pizza!

7:00PM - 11:00PM on SATURDAY, AUG. 6TH - THE MAIN EVENT: DINNER & DANCING AT ADELAIDE HALL / VARISTY GRILL!

• Located at 318 Garrison Avenue, Downtown Fort Smith.
• Free parking in front and on side streets and lots.
• Casual Chic Dress (Women: more than your average dress but less than total cocktail attire for women; Men: more than shorts, less than suit & tie...unless you just want to impress!...But honestly, wear whatever you want - just be there!)
• Tickets at the door are available for $45.00 CASH - but PLEASE email me and let me know as soon as you can so I can include you in our "extra-seat" headcount.
• Dinner, dessert, live music, photo memorial for our deceased classmates, photo montage of our high school years, and more!
• Bring your yearbook if you have it & get it signed! (We couldn't do that because our yearbook came in after graduation!)
• Alcoholic beverages not included; CASH BAR available.  Please let us know if you need a Safe Ride!
